Openware's Blockchain software solutions enable enterprises and developers to build advanced distributed ledger applications, cryptocurrency exchange SaaS, global financial platforms, and crypto marketplace applications.

The company is also the core contributor to several open-source Blockchain projects and the license provider for the OpenDAX™ cryptocurrency exchange software stack.

Openware is provisioning enterprise services on top of the open-source components, including education, support, and software R&D.

Currently, the company has offices and co-working spaces in the USA, France, Ukraine, and Thailand.

Senior Account & Project Manager

Openware is looking for a sales and account management professional with a product owner's mindset, capable of cooperating with cross-team project software engineering, sales, and project teams, and support the company's customers to success.

Required experience:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus;
  • 5+ years experience in the software development industry;
  • 2+ years experience of project and account management;
  • High communicative skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, reliable, and leader-like attitude;
  • Strong technical, analytical, leadership, and business skills;
  • Comfortable with 100% remote workflows - Google Apps, Messaging, Office, and CRM software;
  • IT-savvy (Outsourcing and Open-Source development knowledge);
  • Development-savvy (understanding of Backend and Frontend software architecture);
  • Crypto-savvy (Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies understanding);
  • Working with US, EU, and Asian clients;
  • Participation in pre-sales: processing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs;
  • Performing requirements analysis and project estimation;
  • Strong budget management skills, project margin optimization;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales, and delivery;
  • Account Management experience is a plus;
  • Product Ownership experience is a significant advantage.


  • Managing portfolio consisting of multiple projects with various software technology stacks;
  • Monitoring and controlling Delivery Quality and Financial Goals of a portfolio;
  • Developing a productive and fruitful relationship with leads and customers;
  • Active sales and business development.
