Middle Technical Recruiter


OpenWare is a US company specializing in setting up DevOps infrastructure, microservices architecture, and startup incubator services specializing in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Cryptography. We’re currently seeking candidates to expand our team!

We are currently in the process of setting up our HR&Reruitment processes and we’re looking for a Recruiter with a passion for technical hiring and clarity process. OpenWare needs you, if:

Essential requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter) more than 1 year;
  • Working with the outside market (Asian and American will be preferred);
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.);
  • Familiarized with candidate databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Hands-on experience with searching candidates on StackOverFlow, GitHub, LinkedIn, recruitment channels, boolean search, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • English is spoken/written Upper-intermediate is a must;
  • Good technical background.

Main responsibilities:

  • Hire technical specialists worldwide (the main focus on Asia, Canada, EU, etc.);
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation;
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications;
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards;
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects candidates;
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database;
  • Working closely with International Recruitment Team.

Would be a big plus
